Working with Ronan
No mystery, no monthly report full of words you have to look up. Here is the whole thing, in the order it happens.
The work, in order.
Four stages. Each is a different job, and they run in this order because each one depends on the one before it.
First · Listen
We find out what people are actually asking
We ask the engines what they already say about businesses like yours in your area, and we collect the real questions people near you are putting to ChatGPT and Google. Not keywords. Questions, in the words your customers use. You get the findings in plain English, including anything we think is not worth fixing.
Then · Repair
We fix the foundation so the engines can read you
A lot of small business sites are invisible to these systems for dull technical reasons. Nothing you did wrong. We repair what is blocking them, get your business details matching everywhere they need to match, and set up the measurement so we can prove what changes later.
Next · Publish
We put the answers out under your name
We write and publish pages on your site that answer those questions, in your voice, with your name on them. You see every one before it goes anywhere.
Ongoing · Measure
We show you, monthly, whether it moved
One number and a plain English report. Which questions name you, which do not yet, and what we are doing about it next. The questions change over time, so the work changes with them.
Who does what.
Two lists. Ours is the long one on purpose.
What we handle
- The research: what the engines say about your business today.
- The technical fixes on your site.
- The writing.
- The publishing.
- The measurement.
- The monthly report, in plain English.
What we need from you
- About an hour at the start, so you can tell us how your business actually works.
- Access to your website.
- A quick yes or no on anything before it publishes.
Three things from you. That is the whole ask. If we need more than that, we'll have failed at our job.
Still want to know where you stand?
Tell us your business and your town. We'll ask all four engines, tell you what came back, and walk you through what we'd do about it. If you're already getting named, we'll say so.
